This Fish Pie is what my family makes every Good Friday (aka the Friday before Easter).

Why Fish Pie? 🤔
Cause traditionally, you’re not meant to eat meat – eg beef, chicken, pork or any other warm-blooded animals – on Good Friday. So, AGES ago, one fine Good Friday, Grandpa created this Fish Pie outta nowhere and since then it became our family tradition to cook it every year on the Friday before Easter.

Honestly, the fish pie is so simple & so good, we should eat it outside of Good Friday, but for some reason… we never do 🤣🤣 I guess that’s our own way of making the once-a-year tradition special?
