I learned these Recipes from a French Baker and now they are My Favorites! Simple ingredients, spectacular results!
đŠIngredients and recipe:
300 ml of warm milk.
130 g of sugar.
25 g of fresh yeast.
mix well.
130 g of melted butter.
2 eggs.
4 g of salt.
mix well.
750 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
add the remaining flour.
Knead the dough by hand.
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
cover and let rise for an hour.
food coloring.
mix well.
cover and let rise for an hour.
150 g of frozen raspberries.
100 g of sugar.
juice from half a lemon.
boil for 5 minutes.
15 g of cornstarch.
The dough rose like a cloud.
Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin.
add the raspberry mixture.
Roll the dough out halfway.
make cuts.
Twist each strip of dough.
put it in a baking tray.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
