I watch you use different potatoes all the time. How do I get my hands on Ratte potatoes? We have only a few types in our grocery stores in America; Russet, Yukon, “red” and fingerling (and sweet). Out of those, which one should I use?
Since that's an electric hob and ir it will twll yoy, you could specify what temperature a 'low heat' actually is? For those of us transitioning from gas because they're easier to clean up😂

This came out on April 1st and I thought the amount of butter was an April fools, must be about 4000 calories in that bowl 😂
I can just imagine how clogged your arteries are! Nothing needs that much butter! 😮😮😮
Watching this gave me gout
That looks yum and I love mash but heh… that much butter … not for the everyday dinner.. special treat only❤

Can you put cooked potate into a food processor? I saw Marco P W blend potatoe but looked very glupey.
Needs more butter
Sorry, Adam. That is not mashed potato. That is heated dairy with a nod of potato.
Hard work makes perfection…high cals=high taste… pure class 👍
Too much liquid.. I prefer "mash" texture, firmer,.. not paste

Kitchen pseudo science aside, I’m a big fan of the ratio

Would it work if substitute the butter and double cream with olive oil and milk ?
