Japanese Style Steak & Fries

Onion Tanglers:
1 onion sliced
1/2 cup corn flour + 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Add cold water to make a batter
Deep fry at 350°C for 1.5 minutes

Fries:
Fry at 350°C for 4:30 minutes
Season immediately after frying

Wasabi Aioli:
6 tbsp mayo
3/4 tbsp wasabi
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce

Steak :
1 inch New York striploin
Salt & pepper
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cubes butter + 2 crushed garlic
Cook and let it rest

Creamy Peppercorn Red Wine Sauce:
In the same pan, add 3 cubes butter + 1 tsp flour
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper (freshly crushed preferred)
~1 cup red wine
Adjust consistency as needed
