CREAMY BRAISED LEEKS🌷
2 large leeks (~1lb trimmed)
1-2 Tbsp very soft butter
1-2 Tbsp neutral oil
½ C white wine
¾ C heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves
optional: ¼ C finely grated parmesan

Ohhhh the recipie looks amazing I'm totally gonna have to give it a try! There is a similar dish I love to make with a lemon tahini sauce, and it reminds me a lot of this dish!
