Your whisper is heavenly! I am currently house hunting so your channel has been really interesting to see how other areas look and price. My biggest issue is $3.2m and your neighbors are on top of you. The foyer tile is chaotic. There are so many colors in this home. They made a lot of choices, but you have to love their choices at this price point because it would be pretty foolish to make too many changes when you’re starting over $3m. I don’t know your market, but this seems overbuilt for the property. Our budget is $6m and I would be upset to have neighbors so close. The colors are a lot for my personal taste. I also feel this house looks like it was built in the 2020s and it will likely be out of style in 20 years and it will not be easy to make the changes. Thank you for sharing this with us.
I love to see a home with color. I, personally, am tired of all the boring white, gray, and beige with a pop of green. It’s nice to see something different. I see so many influences here as well, Spanish and Italian. Love your tours!
