Over the years, I liked the food but the fact skid row is practically across the street prevented many from going there.
The mayor does not care which is a problem.
Why pay so much for parking in DTLA for a sandwich. The only way for DTLA to have a chance is all stores rent only $1 for the next 10 years and zero parking fees.
The city does nothing to entise people to go to DTLA. There is literally nothing to do but homeless and dirty streets. You have a street or two to hangout in but nothing like other cities where you can find strips of restaurants or hangout spots.
Commercial rents are high and they keep raising the rent every year. I know of 3 businesses that closed because of this. Its like the corporations who own these properties don't care.
0:59 what?
1) 1-way dangerous streets for driving, especially during rush hour traffic
2) Insane parking fees to park there — $25–$50+ for all customers during nearby stadium events
3) Crime is awful. 4) Graffiti — there are no clean walls in Downtown LA. They are covered in ugly graffiti. No, they are not art. I wish these guys were arrested.
4) Car accident — your cars just get messed there
5) It's dirty. Smells like urine everywhere you go.
6) Homeless problem is out of control there.
Hey look it’s me 😂
