  1. Healthy Sweet Potato Fries (Air Fryer) 🍠✨

    Ingredients:
    • 1–2 sweet potatoes
    • 1–2 tbsp cornflour
    • 1–2 tsp oil
    • Salt (as per taste)
    • Peri-peri seasoning
    • Black pepper
    • Oregano

    Method:
    • Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries shape
    • Boil for 3 minutes only (don’t overcook)
    • Pat dry completely (very important for crispiness)
    • Add cornflour, salt, peri-peri, black pepper, oregano & little oil
    • Mix well to coat evenly

    Air Fry:
    • Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes
    • Shake once in between
    • For extra crispiness: air fry at 200°C for 3–4 minutes

    Serve:
    • Enjoy hot with your fav ketchup ❤️
