Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef (formed into patties)
1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Form ground beef into thick patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place patties in the slow cooker in a single layer.
3. Pour the French onion soup evenly over the patties.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until patties are fully cooked and tender.
