In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture for about 5–10 seconds per side.3. Heat a pan on medium and melt a little butter.4. Cook the bread 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.5. Slice the bananas and strawberries.6. In a small bowl mix cookies & cream spread with milk, microwave about 10 seconds, then stir until smooth.7. Plate the French toast, add the fruit, and lightly drizzle the cookies & cream sauce on top.
