Main Ingredients

• 4 chicken legs
• 2 tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 onion (sliced)
• 6 mushrooms (sliced)
Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce
• 30 g butter
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (Daikon mustard sauce)
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 150 ml heavy cream
For Garnish
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Making Process

1. Season the chicken legs with salt, sea salt, and black pepper on all sides.
2. Heat a pan and melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken legs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add sliced onion and cook until soft.
6. Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and become slightly golden.
7. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
8. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
9. Add Dijon mustard and mix well.
10. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
11. Return the chicken legs to the pan.
12. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
13. Spoon the sauce over the chicken occasionally while cooking.
14. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
