French Bistro Vinaigrette
½ cup neutral oil such as grapeseed or avocado
3 Tbsp walnut oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 medium shallot, finely minced
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Combine everything in a lidded jar and shake to emulsify. Dress your greens and serve.
