Here’s what’s inside:

– Pain de mie (soft sliced bread)
– Fromage (cheese like gruyère or emmental)
– Jambon (ham)
– Béchamel (butter, flour, milk sauce)
– Oeuf à cheval = literally “egg on horseback”, referring to the egg on top of a Croque Madame!
