  1. Bonjour, hope you're having a great week-end so far. In today's video I'm sharing a what I eat when I don't have time to cook on a sunny & ordinary sunday. Don't forget to share your "no cooking" days recipes! Merci d'avoir regardé, à bientôt 😊

  2. Loved the slow roll through the streets of Paris and the easy no cooking recipes. I especially like the markets and it’s so interesting to me to see your prices for produce compared to prices in my country. I would love to be able to buy fromage blanc just to taste it. We never see that at our stores. I’ve tried specialty shops to no avail. See you next Sunday!

  3. Perfect Sunday video. I dream about les marches français. Those bunches of lavender looked lovely too. Have a wonderful week! À bientôt! 😊

  4. Curious what you made for your friend to heal? Also, what book were you looking for? Tuna Salad or Egg Salad is tasty with celery and capers. Guacamole enjoyed with just avocado & salt, or with finely chopped onion and tomato chunks—eaten with pork rinds or almond flour crackers, so grain-free. Pimento Cheese comes to mind, too. A tube squeezer will help with that harissa paste (rolls it up from the bottom).

  5. Great video. I have a suggestion for tuna. I had this once in a little café in DC & loved it. Use mayo & a tart green apple cut into small pieces. They also added celery. The combination of flavors & textures was very good.

  6. Bonjour and thank-you for this video. Coincidentally I did not feel at all like cooking yesterday and today. If the weather is warm, then I make a large "chef's salad" (American name). Greens with a variety of sliced or shredded meats (chicken, ham, beef), sometimes one cheese (Swiss, blue cheese, cheddar) vegetables – cucumber, avocado, broccoli, red onion sliced thinly. Also add nuts or seeds like walnuts or sunflower seeds or toasted pumpkin seeds. I either eat bread on the side or garlic crackers. Top with favorite vinaigrette. Sometimes I will also have a cup of instant miso soup on the side. Stay well and I will look forward to your next video. Peace.

  7. Hi diane, i hope you are keeping well. The library looks amazing and has great views from the window seats! Thank you for the video🌼🙋

  8. Thank you again for these inspirational meals and for taking us along through Paris! Love the idea of adding paté to a dish.

  9. Thank you Diane for another excellent Sunday video. The canned tuna and similar items means you always have a good source of protein on hand. I also keep canned whole beets, beans and anchovies on hand. I love salade niçois too. I make it regularly with a bed of some type of greens if I have some, sliced canned beets, anchovies, quartered hard boiled eggs, thawed frozen green beans, and a can of tuna packed in olive oil on top. Dried basil with some olive oil and lemon juice. Instead of potatoes I might use crackers or sourdough bread.
And I adore Place des Vosages one of the most beautiful parks in the Marais.
Please keep well and thank you for your inspiring work. Joseph.
