Ingredients
3 slices bread of choice (sourdough works well)
1 cup liquid egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tsp oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking spray

Pizza toppings
1/2 cup pasta sauce (use low sodium sauce)
12 turkey pepperoni
1 cup low fat shredded cheese

Directions: in a bowl add egg whites + whole egg + oregano + salt & pepper to taste. Dip each bread slice for 3 seconds per side. Nonstick pan on medium low spray cooking oil of choice. Cook 2-3 min per side until golden and set. Move to a plate. Assemble each slice sauce + pepperoni + cheese. Put the whole stack in the pan on medium low cover for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts. Then you are ready to enjoy this just like I did.

  1. A can of tuna has about 26 grams of protein. No way a few slices of pepperoni and some cheese has 76 grams of protein 😮😅
