Taste
Wine – Aroma of raspberries, plum and vanilla. A fruity, plum based taste as it goes down the throat. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Cheese – The aroma of the cheese is that of chip shop curry. Cheesy undertone, smooth texture. The taste intensifies with time.
They don’t work so well together; the curry taste overpowers the wine.
