  1. Great video! I am confused about vinegar + soda, are they not just counteracting themselves when used together?

  2. During covid I made it my project to figure out the perfect fries. This is solid. The vinegar also helps keep the potatoes from turning colors. I also like to freeze them for an extra crisp

  3. I just buy frozen fries.

They've already been parboiled and fried once then flash frozen, so no ice crystals or moisture really left in them.
Go straight into 375 degree oil and they get super crispy.

Is it more expensive than buying potatoes and doing it yourself? Yes.
Does it take a fraction of the time? Yes.
Do they taste just as good? IMO, yes.

  4. Excellent. I buy a 10 lb. Sack of Potatoes for $5.00. I get at least 4- Full freezer bags full. Months worth of fries 🍟. I have a French Fry Cutter. 😂. 1/4” 3/8” & 1/2”. Peanut Oil 🙏👍. Thank You So Much

  5. Do restaurants actually do this much work too?
Ain't no way McDonald's does this

  6. This is something you try when you have a lot of free time. I’m sure it’s worth it but I couldn’t be bothered to spend all that time just on the fries when there’s so little time in the day.

  7. The fries look absolutely perfect, but I am never making them ahah That's too time consuming. I prefer to airfry or bake. Maybe you could show us the best way to make fries or baked potatoes using an oven or airfryer.

  8. "Rick people" French fries, because who else would have all that free time to follow all these steps? 30 minutes to 2 hours rest? Insane

  9. 나는 왜 이채널을 이제야 알게되었을까… 따라해보고싶은 레시피예요. 한국에서 하트를 보내요❤

  10. Do big batches of this in stages. You can freeze the fries after you cook them in the water. That's what restaurants usually do.

I started doing this to replicate state fair fries, the fair fries that next year were not as good as mine. They really are a different level but only if you do it just right. And once they get cold they are basically normal again… So don't let em sit.

  11. Wouldn't vinegar and baking soda neutralize each other? If the fries can handle it, it would seem just manually tossing them until the surface fluffs up is the better move.

  12. Just buy fries in fastfood chain 😂 why bother make food more than 2 hours when u eat them all in 5 minutes 😂

  13. Good Morning ☀️🌞😃!
