  1. Thanks for the reminder. I love quiche but there are so many recipes and different influences regarding to food, so sometimes you forget about simple old school food. Thanks for the tips with grated butter, I'll try this next time. ❤

  2. Thanks Sam. It looks absolutely delicious. Yes, I think I'm going to give it a try. You provided some wonderful tips for making the pastry crust.

For the Q&A – would you ever consider giving us a sewing demonstration on how you make your aprons?

  3. I like to make my own pastry also. I use pork lard because that’s what my mother, grandmother, great grandmother have always used. Either way works.

  4. ❓ I love seeing your family in the videos on the various channels. Just wondering how your daughter is doing? Haven’t seen her for a while.

  5. The quiche I usually make for my family and I every other week is pork sausage, onion, spinach and whatever cheese we have around. Great video Sam and I’m sure Sean and Tom enjoyed the quiche very much.

  6. Looks amazing, I may be weird but one of my favorite snacks is leftover pie crust sprinkled with sugar and baked to a golden brown.

  7. I have to buy pie crusts. Mine never turn out well. I'm going to buy one so I can make a quiche. I haven't had one in a very long time.

  8. Simply, irresistible, I love quiche. Lorraine, thank you for sharing your recipe and I know that I will enjoy it. This deserves a big old hype. Continue with the wonderful recipes. We love you!❤

  9. Your cooking videos are getting better and better each time. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful recipes. ❤

  10. ❤🎉 Oh Yummy 😋
    Sam sweetheart
    Hi Yah 👋 😊

    loved It 🫶✨🥰

  11. Hello Sam, my question when you and your mom have question and answer is: I am looking for just something to start in sterling silver at least a dinner fork, a spoon and what is called a butter knife here. It has to be solid. Sterling silver. If it comes with the dinner fork, a salad fork, a teaspoon tablespoon and butter knife that would be nice, but if not the fork spoon and butter knife. I hope you understand my question.

  12. What an interesting way to make the pastry crust. I've never seen an egg yoke used before. Your skill is so smooth! I have to wait to try it. My area skipped Spring so it's too hot to bake right now – 88 F/31C, (down from 98F yesterday). 🫠 🥴

  13. My Mom when we were kids took that extra trimmed dough and rolled it out. Then spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon on it. Then rolled it up and cut into 1 inch cuts. She put butter on top of them and sprinkle sugar on them. Then baked them. They were like baby cinnamon rolls. Us kids would eat them while the pie cooled. I love watching you since my baking skills are at about a 4. I'm hoping to learn better skills by watching.
