A very easy recipe to prepare in Paris-Brest 🤗

NECESSARY ITEMS:
Milk – 130 g
Water-130 g
Salt-a pinch
Sugar-10 g
Butter-120 g
Flour-160 g
Eggs – 4 pieces

Preparation process):
1.put milk, water, butter, sugar, salt in a cauldron and bring to a boil.
2.after boiling, add the flour immediately and stir quickly.
3.dry for 1-2 minutes until the dough is homogeneous.
4.Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
5.add the eggs one by one and mix well each.
6.put the dough in a bag and squeeze out into a ring on parchment.
7.bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes (do not open the oven).
8.after cooling, cut in the middle and fill with cream.
