Some days don’t need solutions.
They just need something warm. 🫶

Today was one of those days. So… I made onion soup.

Nothing fancy. Just onions, slowly sliced, then cooked down with a little butter. At first, it’s sharp and strong. But with time, the onions soften, turn golden, sweet, and deep. Then I add broth, let it simmer, and the kitchen slowly fills with warmth.

Bad day therapy for me is cooking for myself.
No talking. No fixing.
Just the sound of the pot, the smell of something gentle, and a quiet reset.
It’s simple. But honestly… it helps more than words. A bowl of something warm, a small moment of care. And sometimes, that’s enough.
