  1. Ingredients :
    1 : Potato
    2 : Oil
    3 : Salt
    4 : Red chilli powder
    5 : coriander leaves

    Preparing :
    1 : Wash and peel the potatoes.
    2 : Cut into thin long strips.
    3 : Soak in water for 10 minutes.
    4 : Drain and dry with a cloth.
    5 : Fry the potatoes in hot oil for a few
    minutes.
    6 : Take them out and let them cool.
    7 : Fry again until golden and crispy.
    8 : Turn off the stove and take them out
    9 : Sprinkle a little red chilli powder, salt,
    and coriander leaves, then serve
