I tried their signature French-style pork belly – spicy version with sambal matah 🌶️ and baby potatoes on the side. Tender, juicy, absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. The sambal cuts through the richness perfectly.

Funny thing? I’m French and I’ve never had pork belly like this back home. Turns out Pork Star combines French cooking techniques with Indonesian spices – best of both worlds .

The whole place is pink: kitchen container outside, walls, chairs, everything 🎀 Cute, cozy, affordable. No wonder it’s a local favorite.
