  1. 1 cup water
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 maple syrup
    1 (heaping) ground cinnamon (or two cinnamon sticks)
    Turn heat on low and melt the sugar. If using cinnamon sticks let simmer for 5-10 minutes and cool for 10!
    Turn off heat let cool slightly
    Add 1 to 1 1/2 vanilla extract
    2 tsps butter extract
    A smidge of almond extract
    Stir and enjoy!
    Will last two weeks in the fridge!
