โข Roasted cumin powder โ 1 tsp
โข Black pepper โ 1 tsp
Tangy
โข Amchur powder โ 1ยฝ tsp
โข Citric acid โ ยผ tsp (optional)
Balance
โข Salt โ 2 tsp
โข Sugar โ 1 tsp
โข Cheese powder โ 1 tbsp (optional)
Final Aroma
โข Oregano โ 1 tsp
โข Chilli flakes โ 1 tsp

1๏ธโฃ Mix Base
Combine chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin & pepper.
2๏ธโฃ Add Tangy
Add amchur + citric acid. Mix well.
3๏ธโฃ Balance
Add salt, sugar & cheese powder. Mix evenly.
4๏ธโฃ Finish
Add oregano & chilli flakes. Mix and store airtight.

I am a professional chef…. And i would suggest to add very little amount like just few drops of oil and water that will help the masala to stick on fries other wise it will settle down while mixing or tossing
