1๏ธโƒฃ Mix Base
Combine chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin & pepper.

2๏ธโƒฃ Add Tangy
Add amchur + citric acid. Mix well.

3๏ธโƒฃ Balance
Add salt, sugar & cheese powder. Mix evenly.

4๏ธโƒฃ Finish
Add oregano & chilli flakes. Mix and store airtight.

  1. I am a professional chef…. And i would suggest to add very little amount like just few drops of oil and water that will help the masala to stick on fries other wise it will settle down while mixing or tossing
