Ratatouille is a typical example of a great simple ,healthy and delicious vegetable dish that is easy to make and is loved by adults as well as kids.

Onion — 1 diced
Garlic — 6 cloves finely chopped
Rosemary Dried — 1 tsp
Fresh Basil Leaves — 8 – 10
Salt — as per taste
Black Pepper — 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup — 1 tbsp
Olive Oil — 2 tbsp
