Is it better than classic French toast? Not quite. You don’t get that same rich, buttery taste… but you do get better macros and a much lighter option you can eat more often.

Only downside — it takes a bit longer in the oven compared to other quick recipes.

Still, if you want something sweet that fits your calories, this is a good one to have in rotation.

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 egg whites
• 1/2 cup milk
• Vanilla extract
• Cinnamon
• 3 slices toast bread

Mix everything, add the bread pieces, bake, and that’s it.
