We are taking it back to where it all began! Since we’re on a mission to try every single menu item, we are re-sharing Day 1 at L’Étoile French Restaurant to show you how this series started. 🇫🇷✨
We kicked things off with a true showstopper: the Wagyu Steak Tartare ($32). This is prepared table-side for a truly interactive experience and features incredibly rich, bold flavors.
To follow, we enjoyed the Salade de L’Etoile ($19), a fresh blend of mixed greens, roasted pecans, pears, and goat cheese, all tossed in a bright raspberry vinaigrette. It was the perfect light balance to the rich wagyu. We paired this entire meal with a crisp glass of Picpoul de Pinet white wine, which complemented the flavors beautifully. 🍷
