Trying something different tonight at Marigold Club in Houston! As a huge fan of traditional steakhouses, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about Mayfair-style French dining, but the experience was top-tier.
From a Dijon-heavy Beef Tartare to a mystery dish sent out by the kitchen, the flavors were unique. The star of the show was the Filet with Cherry Jus—no hard sear here, just incredibly tender, soft texture. We finished with the Minted Peas, which might have been the most balanced bite of the night
