Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor, this Marry Me Chicken French Bread Pizza turns a viral favorite into an easy, smoke kissed crowd pleaser. Grilled chicken, spinach and artichoke dip, crispy bacon, and sun dried tomatoes get layered onto French bread and finished with a balanced hit of hardwood flavor from Bear Mountain Tailgating BBQ Pellets.

Ingredients

Bear Mountain Tailgating BBQ Pellets

8 oz spinach & artichoke dip

1 large chicken breast

1/4 cup diced sun dried tomatoes

1/4 cup diced cooked bacon

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices provolone cheese

1 French baguette

1 TBSP olive oil

1 TBSP Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Steps

1. Grill seasoned chicken at 325°F until cooked through, then dice.
2. Mix spinach and artichoke dip, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
3. Slice baguette lengthwise, spread mixture on both halves, top with extra Parmesan and provolone.
4. Preheat smoker or grill to 325°F and cook 25–30 minutes until melted, golden, and toasted.
5. Optional: hit it with a blow torch or broil about 1 minute for extra browning.
6. Slice and serve warm.
