Share Up Front and Personal with owners Dan and Donna Wecker who started the restoration of the historic Elkridge Furnace Complex in 1989. It took several years of dedicated work with help and support before they were even able to open as a part-time catering facility. Dan Wecker was highly trained in French cuisine and the ensuing successful restaurant/catering business was anchored by the skill and dedication to his craft.
