Ok so I did the syrup and it's cooling in the fridge but it's still really sticky and not hard

vanilla
salt
4 oz milk
4 oz cream
heat dairy (small bubbles), temper mix of all else, into oven, min, baño maría 30 min. 30 min rest, 8 hours fridge, caramelo on top.
