Notes of pear, apple, citrus, honey, mint, floral aromas, and wet rock minerality. Medium-bodied with a silky texture, lively acidity, and zesty freshness, showing the same orchard and citrus flavors on the palate. Very balanced and approachable, easy to drink right out of the bottle, with a medium-length, lingering finish and no tannins.
