3 ingredient RACLETTE PIE RECIPE — easy oven version

A very simple way to enjoy raclette at home.
Less ritual — same comfort.

Hot potatoes, melted raclette cheese and good cured meat —
a cozy dish with a very French spirit.

Main ingredients

• 12 medium potatoes
• 1–2 packs raclette cheese
• Cured meat (coppa, jamón, Paris ham — anything you like)
• Salt & black pepper

Optional

• A few mushrooms
• Butter (a little — or a lot, if you’re like me)
• Pickles
• Green onion
• Jalapeño

How to make it

Boil the potatoes in their skins until soft.
Peel them and cut in halves.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

If you want mushrooms, slice them and add them over the potatoes.

Generously cover everything with raclette cheese.

For this amount of potatoes, two packs would actually be ideal.
I only had one in the fridge — and honestly I would have enjoyed more cheese.

If you love richer flavors, add butter before baking
(a small knob… or generously, the way I like it).

Bake at 220°C until the cheese melts and becomes golden.

Raclette melts quickly, so keep an eye on it.

Add the cured meat after baking
or serve it on the side if you prefer it cold (I do).

Finish with pickles, green onion or a little jalapeño if you like some heat.

Simple ingredients.
Melted cheese.
Pure comfort.

Very French.
