INGREDIENTS
Noodles
• Hakka noodles – 200g
• Water – for boiling
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp
Veggies (Thin Julienne Cut)
• Cabbage – 1 cup
• Capsicum – ½ cup
• Carrot – ½ cup
• French beans – ¼ cup
• Spring onion whites – 2 tbsp
• Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Green chilli – 1 (optional)
Sauce Mix
Mix in a bowl:
• Soy sauce – 1½ tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Sugar – ½ tsp
• Salt – little

🔥 METHOD
1️⃣ Boil Noodles
Boil water with salt & oil.
Cook noodles till 90% done (al dente).
Drain, rinse quickly and toss with 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Stir Fry Base
Heat wok on high flame.
Add oil, garlic, green chilli & spring onion whites.
Stir fry 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add Veggies
Add beans, carrot, capsicum & cabbage.
Cook 2–3 minutes on high flame.
✔ Veggies should stay crunchy.
4️⃣ Add Noodles
Add boiled noodles and toss gently.
5️⃣ Add Sauce Mix
Pour sauce mix and toss 1–2 minutes on high flame.
6️⃣ Finish
Add spring onion greens.
Optional: few drops sesame oil.
Serve immediately.
