You can actually buy ground chicken just like you buy ground turkey and beef. If you have a Kroger, a Tom thumb, a Whole Foods, Aldis, HEB, wal mart or Albertsons. They usually all carry ground chicken. It comes in either a tube style like beef does sometimes or you can find it in a pack flat. Just depends on the brand the stores carry.
Can't do evaporated milk..just swap with whole milk or half/half…no aftertaste…never had to make a roux and works beautifully..also GF……TOTALLY INTERESTED IN MORE MAC AND CHEESE
