I learned these Recipes from a French Baker and now they are My Favorites! Simple ingredients, spectacular results!
🚩Ingredients and recipe:
350 ml of warm milk.
50 g of sugar.
23 g of fresh yeast.
mix well.
1 egg.
50 ml of vegetable oil.
6 g of salt.
mix well.
650 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
add the remaining flour.
Start kneading the dough by hand.
Continue kneading the dough on the table until it becomes homogeneous.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
cover and let rise for an hour.
20 g of cocoa.
20 ml of milk.
mix well.
add the cocoa mixture.
mix well.
cover and let rise for an hour.
The dough rose like a cloud.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Do the same with the other piece of dough.
add chocolate.
add chocolate drops on top.
Roll out the dough.
make cuts.
Place in a buttered baking tray.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
