The best of the vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot create a Meritage blend of deep color, complex flavor and intoxicating aroma of violets, cooked raspberries and fig. The Eagle’s select is aged for 18-20 months in new French oak making it a perfect wine to cellar gracefully for years to come. Pairs well with braised short ribs and chocolate ganache cake.
