Under the proper circumstances that bottle would be worth a lot of money. But because you’re not entirely sure besides that it was in a basement and possibly stored upright my advice is just open it and enjoy it. It will be something unique and fun.

I mean- it’s probably worth *something.* Without being 100% how it was stored, however, would be hard to sell. Could maybe get a couple hundred USD.
However- I’d open it.
Edit to add: I see the fill level is pretty low. That would certainly affect the value.
