I’m not sure if this would even work for the space, but honestly, the dining room as a murphy or day bed. Depends on if you entertain, that way you could have a normal living room and potentially hang a curtain in that doorway for some sort of privacy. Otherwise, I’d out the headboard on the same wall as the door, depending on your curtain / blind situation.
