Good soup 🤝 cheesy pasta – the best! A hearty & easy side that’s made with with gut-healthy beef bone broth. I like to serve this with a protein like chicken cutlets, steak tips, or choose more veggies! So good, expect being asked for seconds.

9oz cheese tortellini
1 tbsp butter
1 large onion, finely sliced
2 cups beef bone broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.Cook onion on medium-low for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until caramelized. Add tortellini to the onion, and add the bone broth. Bring to a simmer and cook on low, covered, until pasta is al dente (about 10minutes). Remove from heat, add Parmesan and stir until creamy. Serve!

  1. Was that parmesan? Just double checking lol I've actually cut the powered processed bs out and started using fresh parm

  2. i mean, i always have tortellini in my pantry or freezer for soup specifically. just make a nice batch of tomato soup, thin it out the lsightest bit to account for the cooking of the pasta, and thrown in half meat half cheese torts. its freaking great.

  3. Or you can do a pasta soup. Got one in Spain when I was a kid, too much salt but really comforting otherwise.
