    For the Garlic Butter:
    1 stick unsalted butter
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp fresh rosemary

    For the Bread:
    1 bread loaf
    2 tbsp oil
    2 large yellow onions
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp thyme
    3-4 tbsp water (for deglaze)
    1/4 cup beef broth
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup parmigiano regianno
    3 oz bacon
    1 cup gruyère
    1 tsp fresh rosemary

  3. Caramelizing onions in 15 hahaha tell me you can't cook without telling me you can't cook. Caramelizing onions takes minimum 4 hours you drooling nepo baby, and your cooking consists of dropping shit on bread with disgusting preshreded cheese and broiling. I've seen more effort put into smores. Just give up

  4. Can you make a video where instead of using cream, you deglaze with rhum? Caramelized onion with rhum and some herbs/black pepper is probably the best caramelized onions you'll ever have.

  5. Being better than takeout isn't the tagline you think it is and it's not the reason people eat takeout to begin with. No one who dislikes cooking or has other reasons to rely on takeout is going to cook a mela just because it's "better than takeout" it's a nothing statement
