  1. I can’t get these crispy like a French fry without burning them.
That is the only negative I have about the fries.
If you have any tips, let me know!
    Thanks!!

  2. Oh yeah! One of my best Friends for over 50 years, says you must try parm' cheeses on sweet potatoes! I prefer anything not fried in unhealthy seed oils as we've also discovered lately. My favorite safe oils are lards, bacon grease, tallow, grass fed butter, even coconut oil in a pinch. All very flavorful! I try buying only Organic varieties for my Family's health.
Fat technolgy is interesting to research as "FAT burns FAT". Helps with smooth digestion too. 👍 and a yummy tasty meal or snack! 😋

  3. Love the content! I suggest salting them after baking/air frying, it allows the outside to not release as much moisture, it gets a crispier outside, and the inside is nice and fluffy.

  4. Hmmmm….Was wondering if boiling them first for about 10 minutes in plain water or even a little bit of salted water first then drain and pat dry and airfry. I shall have to experiment with that. Ive always fried mine or oven baked but had not thought to use my airfryer. But then again, my airfryer is an older model and not a digital new fangled model.

  5. "sweet potato fries are SO MUCH BETTER than regular fries"….??? who are you trying to convince?? us or yourself? 😂

  6. Everyone asking about how to get them crispy: I don't air fry but I think my method would work the same. I soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes. After drying, I fry in oil (or fat, tallow) at 300 for 4-5 mins, remove & dry, then throw them back into the oil at 400 degrees for 1-2 minutes. I think you could try a similar method with the air fryer but this method gets them crispy every time ❤ I season mine with Cajun seasoning. Delicious ❤
