I made the crusty bread last evening. My dough was a bit wet but I live in very dry Colorado so it turned out beautifully! Not quite as high as yours but my yeast is getting old.❤

Sirloin is my favorite cut of beef for most things. Kabobs, steak, beef tips for stew or stroganoff can't go wrong. Beautiful dinner and table setting. Glad everyone enjoyed it. I make french onion by the gallons to can. I use a mandolin and it is so much easier to slice fast.

I make two loafs every time I make bread. I use my Dutch oven for one and two round cake pans for the other one. Comes out just as good as my Dutch oven.
