I don't think I would call that a Ramen soup ..but looks tasty none the less
Many mistakes. The eggs are overcooked, and they should have been marinated beforehand. This is a terribly strange ramen.

Not ramen. Just shrimp noodle soup.
I do exactly the same. But I cook the noodles in the soup with all the veg. For me, it is a one-saucepan meal. To be lazy, I will purchase a bag of stir-fry vegetables and throw them in with the chicken stock.
Looks awful. God, no. This is why westerners need to stop westernizing foreign cuisine.

Oh wow I put chili garlic sauce in my ramen too! After 3 minutes, I crack an egg on top, reduce heat, cover and cook for 4 minutes, perfect poached egg.
