Stop 41 on the Michelin Munch! 🇸🇬 Join Fedby on a quest to visit all 291 Michelin-recognized eateries in Singapore. Today, we’re heading to Chinatown’s Ann Siang Hill to visit Les Ducs — a Michelin-selected French “fun dining” experience helmed by the incredibly talented Chef Louis Pacquelin.
I’m trying their brand new Bouillon lunch concept: delivering high-quality, authentic French comfort food and brasserie signatures at an accessible price point. See why Les Ducs is the most fun you can have in a French restaurant in Singapore today!
🍽️ What We Ate (The Bouillon Menu Highlights):
The Bread & Butter: Served with the legendary Bordier butter.
French Starters: Boiled egg with mayo, and a stunning hot/cold cauliflower salad with smoked sardines and caper sauce.
The Best Caesar Salad: Crispy bacon and grilled baby gem
Classic Comforts: Foie gras, Escargot (snails), and Le Bouillon Les Ducs chicken broth with French noodles.
The Mains: pearly scallops in white wine sauce, and a glorious $20 Beef Tartare with fries.
Drinks & Dessert: a flaming regional cognac coffee, and a classic 19th-century Parisian Mont Blanc to finish.

Bro really said "for health" to French food, famously cooked, grilled, braised and fried in butter, with a butter sauce on the side. 😂😂
(I know it's sarcasm, but jokes aside, everything looked glorious 🤯)
