About this video …. We are having french fries as a snacks ,The best french fries are double-fried, first at a medium temperature, then keep 4,5 hours in freezer and second time fry in hotter oil to crisp them. We can fry the potatoes one time only if you want, but it will be less crispy.This recipe is very easy and delicious. You can make french fries at home many ways but if you follow my way it will be more crispy for longer and testy.

My recipe
-large potato 5 pcs
-water for wash potato’s starch and boil
-salt 4 tea spoon
-oil 1 litter
-chili powder 2 pinch

Peel potatoes and deep in cold water Then cut them into slice than cut again sticks like fingers .
Place them in a large bowl and wash 4rth times.After wash we need to boil fries till 80% cook than turn off heat and keep 5 minute more with same pot than check soft or not yet like in this video.
When your oil is 280 to 300 degrees hot,drain off the water and lay the potatoes on 1 baking sheets lined with towels to dry them. and fry potato
2 or 3 batches, cook the potatoes until soft, 4 to 5 minutes per batch. They should not be brown at this point! You just want to start the cooking process. Remove each batch and drain on dry paper towels.
Once all the potatoes fry than keep your fries in side the freezer for 3 to 4 hours and fry again with very hot oil 300 to 310 degrees, cook fries until the fries are golden and crisp. Remove the potatoes from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt and chili powder or as your choice and dive in.
