#French Toast Easy Recipe – Healthy Homemade Breakfast Everyone Loves

Ingredients
4 slices whole-grain or any available
2 to 3 large eggs
½ cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt (optional )
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Butter or coconut oil for cooking
add strawberry or blueberry on top
Instructions
Whisk the mixture
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and honey until well combined.
Dip the bread
Dip each slice into the mixture for about 10–15 seconds per side. Don’t soak too long or it will get soggy.
Cook until golden
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil. Cook each slice for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve & enjoy
Top with fresh berries, sliced bananas, nut butter, yogurt, or a light drizzle of maple syrup.
