  1. yum
can you just eat the cranberry cheese with some crackers? or slices of pear? or apple?
    those artichoke swirls looked delicious

  2. 10:16 a tip for your pinwheels:
I also like to put in a lot of filling – to prevent the filling from squelching out, I will put the long roll in the freezer for a while so that it’s firm and partially frozen. It makes it MUCH easier and cleaner to slice into rings. The pastry is more firm and the filling stays put.
You can just bake them from that partially frozen state and they come out great

  3. You are so creative. I live in a small studio with two hobs and a microwave but no oven. I would love to know some good recipes that use only these appliances.

  4. As always, the recipes look great. 😊
I would use the cranberry cheese for gratinating if it's not so tasty on its own. Or perhaps in a quinoa or couscous salad instead of 'feta'.

  5. I'd use that cranberry cheese in a grilled cheese. Brie and cranberry are a popular cobination so i imagine it would be nice! Some rocket to offset the sweetness. BING BAM BOOM

  6. You could grate the cranberry cheese into some mashed potato with garlic and butter 😊 sweet, savoury and delicious with any side 💚

  7. It all looks so tasty! Love that you thought the pinwheels didn’t look pretty enough so now you HAVE to eat them 😂

  8. Blender engine = gold 🤣
    Cranberry cheese on crackers?
If you want to use up desiccated coconut it's good in oatmeal. 😊
