  1. Ingredients (approx for 2-3 rolls):

    Leftover rotis / chapatis
    French fries (homemade or frozen)

    Sautéed veggies: capsicum, cabbage, onion, tomato
    Butter, mixed sauces (tomato + mayo or schezwan), herbs, chilli flakes
    Grated cheese (lots of it! 🧀)

    Optional: avocado slices or more veggies

    Steps:
    Sauté veggies with butter, sauces, herbs & chilli flakes.
    Warm the roti, spread the mix, add crispy fries + cheese.

    Roll it up tight, slice if you want, and enjoy hot!
