We visited Paris, France around Christmas time, and it was truly magical! The food in Paris is famous for a reason – it’s incredible. And good news – that includes some great legume dishes! We enjoyed lentils, white beans, flageolet beans, and more.

Cassoulet! If there is one food I miss, it is cassoulet. I used to gobble it up straight from the can. Loved it to death.
